Located in Minneapolis, MN, Jerk Station is a craft ghost kitchen known for its rotisserie jerk chicken. We’re black-owned and master pitmasters. Our recipes are distinctive; we’ve traveled the world to experience all things jerk chicken - and we’re bringing the best to you. Bold, flavorful,

Creating rotisserie jerk chicken isn’t an easy feat…it’s a craft food process that takes a lot of skill and years to develop. Our 3-day process:
Day 1: Red wine + red beet brine
Day 2: Marinade 24-36 hours
Day 3: Slow roast

We are a no-waste kitchen! If there are leftovers, we donate them.

Wednesday & Thursday: 11am-2pm and 530pm-9pm
Friday: 11am-2pm and 530pm-Midnight
Saturday: 2pm-Midnight
Sunday: 2pm-10pm
